Our Trancery department has mechanical shears from 20t to 400t and hydraulic presses from 50t to 500t.
The mechanical shears have automatic unwinding lines and straightening calendars, controlled by a PLC to control the belt feed rate inside the mould, which can be variable and through sensors and solenoid valves the exclusion of certain punches for cutting.
The hydraulic presses up to 500t with single, double and triple effect, are dedicated to picking up, trimming, deep-drawing and deep-drawing operations.
The complete fleet of machines allows to satisfy the different needs of the market with regard to all sheet metal working.
